Description
The City of Charlotte is seeking proposals for emergency mitigation clean-up services to maintain approximately 180 buildings including offices, fire stations, police offices, and cultural facilities. The contract will cover rapid response services for containment, demolition, disposal, drying, cleaning, and decontamination related to water and/or smoke damage. Services must comply with IICRC standards and RIA guidelines and include all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision as directed by the City's Project Manager. The contract may be used by various City departments including the Airport and Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS).
