Belton Independent School District (BISD) is requesting competitive sealed proposals for the Transportation Center and DAEP Facility Roof Replacement Projects. This procurement is conducted under the Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (RCSP) method as per Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter D. The District will select the proposal offering the best value based on specified selection criteria.
