This solicitation is for the purchase of 5 SMART Boards and Wall Brackets with a 5-year warranty for the Department of Social Services (DSS)/New York City Human Resources Administration (HRA). The procurement is exclusively for City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Businesses (M/WBEs) under the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method. The SMART Boards will replace outdated and inoperable units in training rooms and the DHS Police Training Academy, which are critical for delivering mandated instruction and training.
