Description

This project involves pulverizing in place and replacing asphalt concrete pavement, reconstructing curb ramps, concrete valley gutter, concrete curb and gutter, concrete median island curb and cap, and concrete sidewalk. It also includes adjustment of existing utility manholes and utility valve boxes to finish grades, replacement of traffic striping, markings and signage, traffic loop detectors, and traffic signal modifications. The construction must begin no later than June 22, 2026, with a duration of forty working days. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked "BID PROPOSAL" to the City Clerk at the Clovis Civic Center prior to 2:00 pm on the due date.
