Description
The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing a public notice of its intent to modify the HUD System of Records Notices for various HUD systems of records. The modifications include establishing uniform Routine Uses to allow disclosures and exchange of information to detect, prevent, and remediate fraud, waste, abuse, and improper payments, and to protect taxpayer funds. Comments on this proposed action will be accepted until May 28, 2026. The action will be effective the day after the comment period ends unless contrary comments are received.
