Description
This RFQ invites qualified vendors, consultants, or consortiums to submit qualifications for assessing the public potable water and wastewater systems within Liberty County, Georgia. The project aims to evaluate how to provide water and wastewater services to all areas of the county and develop a strategic plan. The work is divided into two phases: Phase I involves developing a strategic plan, and Phase II involves creating a road map for implementing the strategic plan. The RFQ is facilitated by the Liberty Consolidated Planning Commission on behalf of the Liberty Regional Water Resources Council.
