Liberty Consolidated Planning Commission is seeking qualified firms to assess and strategically plan potable water and wastewater systems across Liberty County, Georgia. - Government Buyer: - Liberty Consolidated Planning Commission (on behalf of Liberty Regional Water Resources Council) - Scope of Work: - Assessment of all public and large private potable water and wastewater systems in Liberty County - Development of a comprehensive strategic plan for county-wide water and wastewater services (Phase I) - Creation of a road map for implementing the strategic plan (Phase II; scope to be defined after Phase I) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Unique Requirements: - Assessment must cover both public and large privately-owned systems - Strategic plan must address all areas of Liberty County - Opportunity is open to vendors, consultants, or consortiums with expertise in water/wastewater system assessment and planning

Description

This RFQ invites qualified vendors, consultants, or consortiums to submit qualifications for assessing the public potable water and wastewater systems within Liberty County, Georgia. The project aims to evaluate how to provide water and wastewater services to all areas of the county and develop a strategic plan. The work is divided into two phases: Phase I involves developing a strategic plan, and Phase II involves creating a road map for implementing the strategic plan. The RFQ is facilitated by the Liberty Consolidated Planning Commission on behalf of the Liberty Regional Water Resources Council.
