EPWater is soliciting proposals for Disposal of Wastewater Sludge and Water Residuals Services. The solicitation requires furnishing goods, supplies, equipment, and/or services related to the disposal of wastewater sludge and water residuals. Proposals can be submitted electronically or by sealed bid and must be received by May 20, 2026, at 1:30 PM (MT). A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for May 5, 2026, and the bid opening will be live-streamed. The contract period includes an acceptance period of 90 calendar days after the bid opening date.
