The City of Laguna Beach is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive landscape maintenance services for City owned parks, athletic fields, medians, and other landscaped public areas. The contract includes maintenance of 38 landscape site locations covering approximately 61 acres. The contractor must deliver high-quality and environmentally responsible services while being responsive to the City and sensitive to residents and visitors. The contract term is anticipated to be three years with options to extend for up to three additional one-year renewal periods.
