Description

The Town of Fuquay-Varina is seeking a qualified company to provide design/build services for the construction and renovation of Hilltop Needmore Town Park. The project includes two baseball fields, two multi-purpose fields, a parking lot, a restroom facility, a Veteran's Memorial, and rehabilitation of the pond dam. The selected contractor will provide architectural, engineering, and construction services including project scheduling, cost estimation, schematic designs, construction drawings, bidding documents, and site management.
