This is a Pre-Solicitation requesting Vendor feedback on the Request for Proposal (RFP), Statement of Work (SOW), and other artifacts for the Secretary of State (SOS) Notary Automation Project. The California Department of Technology, on behalf of the California Secretary of State, seeks proposals from qualified bidders to design, develop, implement, maintain, and support a cloud-based solution to replace California's current Legacy NAP System. The new NAP 2.0 Solution will be planned, developed, tested, and deployed in phases and will support critical notary public commission data, images of public official signatures, Apostille requests, and related information for notary education vendors and seal manufacturers.
