Description

The University of Mary Washington is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified offerors to establish one or more term contracts for comprehensive locksmith services to support University facilities and operations. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis and include non-emergency and emergency repairs, scheduled maintenance, rekeying, and installation of mechanical and electronic locking systems across all University campuses. Proposals will be evaluated using competitive negotiation procedures and awarded to the offeror(s) whose proposal(s) are determined to be the most advantageous to the University, considering price and other evaluation factors such as service approach, qualifications, experience, responsiveness, and overall value. The resulting contract will be administered by University Police and will not guarantee a minimum volume of work. The contract may be used cooperatively by other eligible public bodies and entities as permitted by Virginia law and institutional policy.
