Description
The Continuum of Care (CoC) Program aims to end homelessness by funding efforts from nonprofit providers, States, Indian Tribes, and local governments to quickly rehouse individuals and families experiencing homelessness, including those fleeing domestic violence and youth. It promotes access to mainstream programs and optimizes self-sufficiency among homeless individuals and families. The Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program supports coordinated community approaches to prevent and end youth homelessness for individuals aged 24 and younger. Eligible applicants include nonprofits, tribal organizations, housing authorities, and various government entities.
