Description
This notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) is for the BJA FY 2025 Invited to Apply - Tribal Justice Training and Technical Assistance Program. The program aims to strengthen Tribal justice systems to prevent and reduce crime and address the impact of opioids, stimulants, and other illicit substances on Tribal communities, including reducing overdose fatalities. It provides technical experts to assist federally recognized Indian Tribes in developing, implementing, and enhancing their justice systems through culturally responsive and individualized assistance. Assistance is delivered virtually and on-site through meetings, webinars, and peer-to-peer learning sessions to build tribal justice system capacity among grantees.
