Description

This program aims to support the Government of Ukraine and associated organizations in identifying, returning, and reintegrating Ukrainian children and youth forcibly transferred or held in the Russian Federation and Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine. It focuses on securely collecting and preserving evidence related to these children and providing specialized rehabilitation, family reunification, and reintegration services including case management, legal aid, and educational screening. The program supports long-term integrated social, medical, and mental health care to aid successful reintegration through family-based care. It also assists young adults aged 18-23 in accessing education, skills development, and employment aligned with national recovery priorities.
