Description

This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) solicits UG3/UH3 phased, cooperative agreement research applications to evaluate, implement, and/or test population-based interventions targeting policies, programs, and practices that promote integration of services, systems, and values through cross-sector partnerships in communities. The interventions must address social and chronic disease common risk factors and barriers contributing to oral disease burden. Funded projects will form a Community-Based Participatory Research consortium called ADAPT, which will collaborate with NIH resources to promote data use and community engagement to optimize oral health across the lifespan.
