Description

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing the PRICE competition NOFO to preserve long-term housing affordability for residents of manufactured housing or manufactured housing communities (MHCs). The program aims to redevelop MHCs and primarily benefit low- and moderate-income residents. Congress appropriated funds in FY2025 for competitive grants to preserve and revitalize manufactured housing and eligible MHCs under title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974. Eligible applicants include various government entities, nonprofit organizations, and other specified groups, excluding individuals, foreign entities, and sole proprietorships.
