Description
The Federal Railroad Administration is making available $1,138,375,964 to Amtrak to cover Operating, Capital, and Debt Service costs until January 31, 2029, or until funds are expended. Amtrak must submit a grant application including a statement of work, descriptions of projected operating and capital costs, capital projects, safety culture improvements, and required assurances and certifications.
