Description
The NIH Mentored Research Scientist Development Award (K01) provides support and protected time for an intensive, supervised career development experience in biomedical, behavioral, or clinical sciences leading to research independence. Different NIH Institutes and Centers use this award to support career development in specific fields or for individuals training in a new field or returning from a research hiatus.
