REPLACE MELROSE BACKUP GENERATORFY26 Replace Generator in Melrose Mansion at the Natchez National Historical Park. The National Park Service, Contracting Operations East, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for the Natchez National Historical Park.It is the intent of this service contract(s) to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to replace existing standby generator with a new minimum 100 kW standby, 3-phase, 120/208V, 60 Hz, natural gas standby generator.Please see the Statement of Work for more details. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238290. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract. A highly suggested site visit is scheduled for May 1, 2026 at 10:00 CT.The selection will be made by evaluating proposals based on cost, technical approach, and relevant experience.
