Description

The U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassy Sofia Public Diplomacy Section (PDS), announces an open competition for programs that strengthen the U.S.-Bulgaria partnership and advance U.S. priorities to make the United States safer, stronger, and more prosperous. Programs must support U.S. foreign policy objectives and include a clear U.S. element such as collaboration with American experts or institutions. Priority areas include celebrating the American story, American leadership in strategic sectors, education and exchanges, strong alliances, and entrepreneurship. Eligible applicants include Bulgarian, European, or U.S.-based not-for-profit organizations, individuals, educational institutions, and governmental entities.
