The U.S. Military Academy at West Point seeks proposals for innovative research to enhance Army technologies and operational capabilities. Research areas include Ballistics, Weapons, and Protections; Infrastructure, Energy, Resilience and Sustainability; Materials, Measurements, and Experiments; Unmanned Systems and Space; Human Support Systems; Emerging Technologies; Life Sciences; USMA Special Programs; Social and Behavioral Sciences; Combating Terrorism; and Simulations Modernization. Eligible applicants include institutions of higher education, nonprofit organizations, state and local governments, foreign organizations, foreign public entities, and for-profit organizations. Proposals should focus on novel study and experimentation to advance the state of the art or increase basic knowledge and understanding.
