Description

The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs invites proposals to design and implement the YSEALI Professional Fellowship program. This program aims to advance U.S. strategic interests in the Indo-Pacific by developing a network of emerging leaders from ASEAN member states who share American principles of liberty, opportunity, and self-reliance. The program includes professional fellowships and reciprocal exchanges, with participants placed in U.S. institutions for leadership development aligned with key U.S. foreign policy themes.
