Description

This program funds high priority integrated projects aimed at enhancing the ability of producers and processors who have adopted organic standards to grow and market high quality organic agricultural products. The initiative also seeks to increase resilience in American farming systems. Eligible applicants include state agricultural experiment stations, colleges and universities, research institutions, federal agencies, national laboratories, private organizations, and individuals who are U.S. citizens or nationals. Award recipients may subcontract to organizations not eligible to apply if necessary for the project.
