The U.S. Embassy Caracas Public Diplomacy Section (PDS) is offering funding through its Annual Program Statement to support Venezuela-based programming aligned with the U.S. government's three-phase plan for Venezuela. The focus is on economic recovery, transformation, and growth, particularly in energy, mining, technology, and higher education partnerships between the U.S. and Venezuela. Eligible applicants include registered not-for-profit organizations, think tanks, civil society/non-governmental organizations, and non-profit or governmental educational institutions.
