Description
The Chesapeake Bay Program partnership's four Advisory Committees consist of volunteers who serve as independent advisors to various CBP committees and teams. These committees act as liaisons between the CBP partnership and key groups including watershed stakeholders, local government leaders, the agricultural industry, and the scientific community. The award recipient will coordinate and support these Advisory Committees to enhance representation and engagement in restoration and conservation efforts. Eligible entities must be capable of providing logistical, coordination, and programmatic support to these committees. The funding is provided as a cooperative agreement with a 5-year project period and requires a minimum 5% cost share.
