The program seeks proposals that strengthen U.S. national security, promote economic growth, and reinforce the rule of law in Togo. Eligible applicants are teams of alumni who will design and implement projects addressing strategic challenges such as unlawful migration to the United States, entrepreneurship, energy independence, and countering malign foreign influence, while fostering strong U.S.-Togo ties.
