Description
This NOFO supports conviction integrity units (CIU) and wrongful conviction review (WCR) entities to enhance criminal justice system integrity. The program aims to strengthen the capacity of CIUs and WCR entities and their partners to effectively identify, assess, and manage post-conviction claims of innocence. It also seeks to prevent future errors, identify and apprehend actual perpetrators, and deliver justice to victims.
