This NOFO aims to help the Public Health Center of the Ministry of Health enhance life-saving assistance for HIV and associated prevalent health conditions through targeted HIV testing, prevention, and treatment activities amid ongoing instability. Objectives include ensuring availability of targeted HIV services for high-risk populations using community and mobile strategies, improving HIV service quality at medical facilities through differentiated service delivery models, and enhancing essential HIV prevention services.
