Description

The Office of Naval Research (ONR), ONR Global (ONRG), and the Marine Corps Warfighting Lab (MCWL) are soliciting proposals for Long-Range Science and Technology (S&T) projects aimed at advancing and improving Navy and Marine Corps operations. This Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) invites submissions from academia, industry, and the global research community across a wide range of science and engineering disciplines. Eligible applicants include various entities except Federally Funded Research & Development Centers (FFRDCs) and certain Department of Defense and civilian agency laboratories.
