This funding opportunity supports the Ministry of Health-led digital transformation to modernize Uganda's health data systems and infrastructure. It aims to enhance capacity for timely epidemic intelligence in HIV and related health programs. The scope includes developing data architecture covering surveys, clinical systems, disease surveillance, laboratory data, logistics, community data, and human resource management. The NOFO also supports digital solutions development and strengthening data warehousing, integration, and interoperability for a sustainable digital ecosystem.
