This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) will fund the Title II Formula Grants program Training and Technical Assistance Center. The center aims to strengthen state and territory-level compliance with the Formula Grants program authorized under the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act (JJDPA). It will also develop and implement training and technical assistance to support the effective operation of the juvenile justice system across state, territory, Tribal, and community levels.
