Description
This grant program aims to sustain and enhance services at existing Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics that serve individuals across the lifespan with or at risk for mental health and/or substance use disorders. Eligible applicants include community-based behavioral health non-profit organizations, local government behavioral health authorities, Indian Health Service entities, Indian tribes or tribal organizations, and Urban Indian Organizations.
