This NOFO aims to build and sustain a resilient public health system in Ghana to identify, respond to, and mitigate public health threats. It leverages multi-sectoral and multilateral partners to enhance country capacity and leadership in infectious disease prevention, early detection, and response. The program builds on previous CDC-funded activities in laboratory, surveillance, emergency response, and workforce development, expanding to include border district surveillance and laboratory capacity, sequencing, and bioinformatics.
