Description
The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) invites proposals for one cooperative agreement to design, administer, and implement the YSEALI Academic Fellows Program. The program will include approximately eight institutes in 2027, each focusing on one of four themes: Economic Prosperity, Liberty and Freedom, Natural Resources, and Peace and Security. Each institute will host about 22-24 undergraduate and recent graduate Fellows from Southeast Asia for approximately five weeks, including a four-week academic residency at a U.S. college or university and a one-week integrated academic field experience in Washington, DC. The award recipient will manage all aspects of the program, including subawards, Fellow placement, logistics, and coordination of Fellows Forums in Washington, DC.
