Description
This funding opportunity aims to award one cooperative agreement recipient to serve as the Evaluation Provider (EP) for an initiative focused on men with HIV who are not consistently engaged in care or face barriers to staying in care. The EP will lead a multi-site evaluation and provide evaluation-specific technical assistance to implementation sites.
