Description

The Office of the Under Secretary of War (OUSW) intends to award non-research cooperative agreements to help manage and sustain Department of War (DoW) land in the United States. The programs involved include the DoW Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program (SERDP), Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP), Readiness and Environmental Protection Integration (REPI) Program, and Legacy Resource Management Program. These programs fund high priority national and regional natural and cultural resources projects that enhance installation resilience, environmental objectives, and support military readiness.
