Description

This announcement encourages applications for multi-center clinical trials focused on neurological emergencies. Successful applicants will collaborate and conduct the trial within the NIH SIREN Network, with support from the NIH SIREN Clinical Coordinating Center and Data Coordinating Center. The NIH SIREN hubs and affiliated clinical sites will implement the clinical protocols on-site. The network is also positioned to collaborate with other US and international consortia for larger trials. Multi-center clinical trials in stroke treatment supported by NINDS will be conducted in the NIH StrokeNet, not within SIREN.
