Description

This solicitation seeks to fund activities that facilitate the translation of novel recording and modulation technologies for treating, diagnosing, and understanding central nervous system (CNS) diseases and disorders. The technologies may use various signal modalities such as electrical, optical, magnetic, or acoustic signals, or combinations thereof. The goal is to advance these technologies from proof of concept to readiness for first in human studies. Applications from diverse, team-based groups integrating appropriate expertise are encouraged.
