Description
The Center for Inherited Disease Research (CIDR) provides high-throughput genotyping, sequencing, and statistical genetics services to identify genes or genetic modifications related to human health and disease, or to enhance biorepositories with genotype or next-generation sequence data. CIDR specializes in genomic services that are not efficiently performed in individual investigator labs, offering up-to-date platforms, services, and statistical support. This initiative is NIH-wide and managed by NHGRI. The opportunity supports research in areas including oral diseases, human genome research, cancer control, neurosciences, and environmental health.
