The U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh invites proposals from think tanks or similar organizations to research and produce a comprehensive report, study, or documentary analyzing Cambodia's progress in meeting the pledges of the 1991 Paris Peace Agreements. The project aims to publish the report by late October 2021, coinciding with the 30th anniversary of the Agreements.
