Description

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is issuing a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for a $1.5M cooperative agreement to a non-profit entity to serve as the Integrated Food Safety System (IFSS) Regulatory and Laboratory Training System (RLTS) National Coordination Center (NCC). The NCC will oversee the day-to-day administration of the RLTS, implement strategic and implementation plans, manage communications, and update governance structures. The NCC will also establish processes for stakeholder input, recommend changes to training standards, determine alignment with the National Curriculum Standard, and issue sub-awards and contracts as needed.
