This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) aims to support the development of a nationally integrated animal food safety system. It provides funding for State animal food regulatory programs to achieve and maintain full implementation of the Animal Feed Regulatory Program Standards (AFRPS). The program also funds optional projects to develop and standardize processes and systems to integrate federal and state animal food regulatory work, resulting in mutual reliance.
