The initiative seeks to improve outcomes for refugees by building capacity and expanding the group of partners providing technical expertise and support. Projects should focus on increasing the capacity of resettlement agencies, affiliates, community partners, and new organizations to provide initial reception and placement services within the first 30 to 90 days of refugee arrival. Topics include innovative housing programs, community engagement, facilitating new partner entry, and strengthening current partners' abilities.
