This cooperative agreement aims to develop, disseminate, implement, and evaluate research in Anesthesia, Addiction Medicine, and Pain Medicine. The research focuses on clinical trial endpoints and measurement of function in chronic pain patients, outcome measures for stimulant use disorder trials, opioid clinical trials with active controls, neurodevelopmental outcomes in pediatric patients exposed to anesthesia and opioids, and systematic reviews of anesthetic neurotoxicity.
