Description

The National Cancer Institute (NCI) plans to publish a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) to solicit applications from institutions to maintain or establish a Pharmacokinetics Resource Laboratory (PK Laboratory) supporting the Experimental Therapeutics Clinical Trials Network (ETCTN). The PK Laboratory will manage biospecimen collections and analyze pharmacokinetic endpoints, drug interactions, pharmacodynamics, and food effects in ETCTN studies of NCI Investigational New Drug agents. The goal is to advance clinical development of these agents by providing comprehensive pharmacokinetic data. Applications will include cores for technical services, scientific leadership, and biospecimen management. The NOFO is expected to be published in Summer 2025 with applications due in Fall 2025.
