This Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) from NOAA requests applications for special projects and programs aligned with NOAA's strategic plan and mission goals. It is intended to support research, education, outreach, innovative projects, or sponsorships not addressed through NOAA's competitive discretionary programs. Eligible applicants include institutions of higher education, nonprofits, commercial organizations, international or foreign organizations or governments, individuals, and state, local, and Indian Tribal governments.
