Description
The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), invites grant applications for Education and Research Centers (ERCs) focused on occupational safety and health training. ERCs are academic institutions providing interdisciplinary graduate and post-graduate training, research training, continuing education, and outreach in core occupational safety and health disciplines. The program aims to ensure an adequate supply of qualified personnel to fulfill the Occupational Safety and Health Act's purposes. ERCs also conduct research related to the NIOSH National Occupational Research Agenda and collaborate with various organizations to improve worker health, safety, and well-being.
