Description

This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) invites cooperative agreement applications for investigator-initiated, multi-site clinical trials (Phase III and beyond) to study the effects of natural products such as botanicals, probiotics, and dietary supplements in NCCIH designated priority areas. Applicants must propose a Clinical Coordinating Center to manage the trial, including project management, participant recruitment, milestones, scientific conduct, and dissemination of results. The funding mechanism is a two-phase, milestone-driven cooperative agreement (UG3/UH3). A simultaneous application for a Data Coordinating Center is also required.
