Description

The National Institute on Aging (NIA) intends to publish a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) to invite applications proposing a Data Coordinating Center that integrates and disseminates multiscale mouse brain datasets for the aging and Alzheimer’s disease research community. The center will establish the Aging and AD Mouse Brain Atlas (AD-MBA) as a central resource for multi-omic and connectomic mouse brain datasets from the NIA AD Multimodal Atlas Projects. It will leverage existing data infrastructure, facilitate collaborative analyses, develop tools for data integration, and create a web-based interface for data visualization and dissemination.
