This opportunity is to operate a National Training Center providing training and technical assistance to all OPA-funded Title X family planning service delivery grantees and Teen Pregnancy Prevention (TPP) Program recipients. The project will be funded through two cooperative agreements, one for Title X and one for TPP, constituting the National Training Center.
